Lol this is so pointless, but I'm so happy so I had to share it right? :3
His power is 2117 since I did a bad camera job...
Anyway though, his ability, Resilient, means he can live with 1 HP from an attack he would usually die from.
But ehh
if you wanna get him, follow this: -spoilers-
Beat the game (Dark Rust)
Get both Terrakion & Virizion (Terrakion in Canyons; Virizion in Forests)
After you complete the battle with the second musketeer (either order), a rusty Cobalion toy will drop instead of the green springboard. Soak it in the fountain. Orrr, I've heard he appears in Caves after getting Terrakion and Virizion.

Awesome! I got my Cobalion yesterday. He's weaker than yours - with 2083 Power and Steady (the status immunity ability), so he KICKS ASS on Legacy Mode.
I was totally not expecting to get him, and I just went for the other two musketeers because I was really sad after the end of the game. Beat both musketeers and then... BAM! A freaking Cobalion drops from the sky!
My reaction: WTF?! Next we'll see flying Emboars? o_O"
Still, Cobalion is the most awesome Pokemon EVER!
But how do you get Reshiram? I want her (I believe Reshiram's a she, while Zekrom's a he).
